Privacy policy

Wood Art Gifts Boutique (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what this website collects and why.

What we collect

• Contact and custom order forms: your name, email, optional phone number, order details, message and any photo you upload. These are emailed to us so we can reply and make your order.
• VIP list: your email address and what you’re shopping for, so we can send occasional offers.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares your name, email, shipping address and order details with us to fulfil your order.
• Security logs: your IP address is recorded with form submissions to block spam and abuse.
• Analytics: we may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It uses cookies and collects anonymous usage data.

How we use it

Only to answer your questions, make and deliver your order, and — if you joined the VIP list — send occasional emails. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Your photos

Photos you send are used only to create your piece. We won’t post your photos or finished piece publicly without your permission.

Unsubscribing and your rights

You can unsubscribe from VIP emails anytime, and ask us to see, correct or delete your information, by contacting us through the contact page.

Spam protection

Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you’re human. Cloudflare processes limited technical data for this purpose.
